Turquoise Tahoe Charm Necklace

Kingman turquoise is flush set into a sterling silver setting in the shape of Lake Tahoe.  
Inlay is a process of taking stone (in this case chip turquoise) and filling a recessed space with said stone and resin and then grinding and polishing the stone until it is flush with the silver. I love how the individual pieces of turquoise mimic the appearance of boulders below Tahoes surface.
